Bread baking doesn't have to be intimidating. In this fun, hands-on workshop, you'll learn how easy it is to make healthy, delicious bread at home using simple, wholesome ingredients. Many supermarket breads are highly processed and filled with additives designed for shelf life, not flavor or nutrition. Discover how to create flavorful whole grain breads from scratch while learning the basics of fermentation, sourdough, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking. Designed for healthcare professionals and home cooks alike, this practical class focuses on approachable techniques you can confidently recreate with family and friends. You'll make a variety of breads, including whole grain loaves, rolls, chickpea bread, and fresh pita, and leave with recipes, skills, and the confidence to bring fresh, nourishing bread to your own table.
