Guest meal pass 2027
Wednesday, February 3 - Friday, February 5, 2027

Because so many attendees travel with their spouses to the Napa Valley, we are pleased to offer a special meal program that allows your spouse, significant other, or friend to attend a number of the demonstration meal events. The cost for this is $325, payable as a separate registration.

Spouses, significant others, or friends who wish to attend lectures and workshops and receive CEUs must register as a conference attendee. Due to space constraints, registration for the Guest Meal Program is limited to the first 30 paid requests.

Children under the age of 21 are not permitted to attend the conference.

Included in the Guest Meal Program:

  • Wednesday Plant-Forward Box Lunch

  • Wednesday Evening Wine and Networking Reception

  • Thursday Lunch Walk-Around Tasting Exhibition

  • Thursday Evening Wine and Networking Reception

  • Friday Lunch Walk-Around Tasting Exhibition

NOT Included in the Guest MEAL Program:

  • Breakfasts and refreshment breaks

  • Admission to any workshop or plenary sessions

  • Continuing education credit

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GUEST MEAL PROGRAM:

  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the conference start date: refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee

  • Cancellations received within 30 days of the conference start date: no refund available
