Amber Hansen, MS, RDN

Amber Hansen, MS, RDN is the Health Program Manager at the Center for Food and Beverage Leadership at the Culinary Institute of America. She works at the intersection of nutrition science, health care, and culinary innovation, and supports the planning and delivery of the Healthy Kitchens, Healthy Lives Conference. Previously, she served as the Western Regional Program Manager for Health Care Without Harm’s Healthy Food in Health Care program, where she worked alongside hospitals, community-based organizations, farmers, food businesses, and distributors to strengthen sustainable food systems and create more equitable pathways for diverse and local producers to enter institutional markets. She is a registered dietitian and received her master's degree in Food Policy & Applied Nutrition from the Tufts Friedman School.
