Faculty Bio
Ken Woytisek, C.E.C., C.H.E., is a chef-instructor at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Chef Woytisek has held a variety of foodservice positions in California over the past 25 years. His career has included stops at Square One Restaurant, China Moon Cafe, Zuni Cafe and The Sherman House Relais and Chateaux, all located in San Francisco. Chef Woytisek has been teaching at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone since 1998. He is an instructor in both Mediterranean and Asian cuisines and has traveled extensively in both regions of the world.
