Parking is provided free-of-charge at an off-campus location with shuttle service. However, a limited number of on-campus parking spaces for the duration of the conference are available to purchase. Information is available here.
Register for Pre-Conference Activities (Thursday, March 17, 2011)
“Hands-On Culinary Knife Skills Course” takes place in The Culinary Institute of America’s teaching kitchens starting at 2 pm on Thursday, March 17. A chef instructor will teach hands-on introductory food preparation skills focusing on using knives. Culinary neophytes are especially welcome.
“Organic Viniculture: Festive Lunch, Structured Tastings and Agricultural Intensive” takes place at the Ehlers Estate Winery located just off Main Street about 1.5 miles north of the The Culinary Institute campus. http://www.ehlersestate.com/
"An Insider's Tour of Selected Napa Valley Wineries" will take place in the Napa Valley vineyards and wineries surrounding The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone campus on Thursday, March 17, 2011, starting at 1 pm.
