Guest Faculty Bio

Mollie Katzen is a cookbook author and member of the James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame. Named by Health Magazine as one of the five “Women Who Changed the Way We Eat,” and a founding member of the new Harvard School of Public Health Leadership Council, she holds a charter seat at the Harvard School of Public Health Nutrition Roundtable and was an inaugural inductee to the Natural Health Hall of Fame. Among her books are The Moosewood Cookbook, Vegetable Heaven, and, in collaboration with Walter Willett, M.D., of Harvard School of Public Health, Eat, Drink, and Weigh Less: A Flexible and Delicious Way to Shrink Your Waist Without Going Hungry. Her upcoming book is The Vegetable Dishes I Can’t Live Without.
