Preparing for Kitchen Sessions
Culinary workshops in the teaching kitchens are conducted by CIA Chef Instructors, who will guide you through the subject at hand. Because these sessions are hands-on, if you are participating in one of these sessions, please review the dress code comments regarding closed-toe shoes. Aprons and any tools necessary will be available when you are participating in one of these workshops. In order to maximize your learning time during the hands-on cooking session, we’ve created a short introduction to knife skills video to prepare you with some fundamental skills before you arrive at the conference.
